Sika Strength Mobile Application Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sika Strength mobile application ("App") provided by Sika Strength ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Sika Strength is a Sports Performance company who provide tailored training programs for athletes who are looking for a step-up in performance.

 By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

**2. Use of the App**

a. The App is designed to provide information and resources related to weightlifting, fitness, and training. You understand that the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

b. You agree to use the App responsibly and only for its intended purposes. You will not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

C. By using the App, you are eligible to personalise up to 2 training programs for each monthly period based on monthly subscription payment dates. You can modify each program once per monthly period. If you cancel both of your programs within the monthly period, you will be able to add a new program in the next monthly period.

**3. Registration, User Account and Subscription**

a. In order to use certain features of the App, you will be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

C. Paid subscription is on a monthly basis with a  7-day Free period. Your payment account will not be debited if you cancel your monthly subscription within this period.Your account will be debited when the 7-day free period expires. Monthly subscription fee will be debited each month unless you cancel your membership in your mobile application store.

**4. Privacy**

a. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of the App. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

**5. Intellectual Property**

a. The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent.

**6. Disclaimer of Warranties**

a. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

**8. Changes to the Terms**

a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

**9. Termination**

a. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we believe is harmful to the App or other users.

**10. Governing Law**

a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
