Awesome app. Great workout plans to achieve whatever your goal may be with instructional videos for each exercise. Helped me recently achieve a 120kg Snatch at 75kg bodyweight and 36 years old. Highly recommend.

I Ran the RTA 2.0 Program recently. Starting 1RM 135kg at around 85kg bodyweight - Ending 1 RM 150kg at 82kg. I wasn't intending on losing any weight on the pgoram, it just kind of happened. I'm pretty happy with a 15kg PR especially considering it's been a bit of a stressful period over the 3 months of the training block. Great program - and thanks for all the info in the videos and the coaching cues through the Facebook group. This amount of coaching at this price is incredible value. Cheers!

Great app. Helped me PR on my Back squat (125kg) on Horse 1. On Horse 2 and already PR'd my Front Squat 3RM (95kg), old 1RM was 90kg!

Ran the RTA 2.0 squat program and took my back squat from 150kg to 165kg. Not an easy program to run, but the results are worth the work.

Best workout app I've ever used.

I can whole heartedly say this is the best workout app I've used. The programs are phenomenal, the UI is easy to work and everything is very easy and accessible. I was a fan of Sika Strength for a while as they give great weightlifting advice and are entertaining to watch and when they announced the app I was super excited to try it out. This is the BEST bang for your buck you can get with a monthly subscription and access to the best programs I've run.

Numbers are going up

Pretty early on you find your numbers due to the volume go up nicely. Becoming a Horse program gives you an opportunity to get loads of reps in at managable weight before stacking on the intensity. Great programs if you currently move well as an intermediate athlete. If you are a beginner I would recommend getting an in person coach to teach you the movement standards first.

Good app

I have been using the Sika Strength app for the past 3 weeks and I've already seen an improvement in my strength and conditioning. I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to get a better foundation when it comes to strength training.

It's got everything you need!

Been using the app for a few months now and I must say I am very impressed. Every exercise in the program has an instructional video on how to complete the exercise. Also, if there is anything you are unsure about, whether it be how to complete an exercise or if you need to sub an exercise out for something else due to lack of equipment, the AI chatbot has been able to answer every question I have thrown at it! Noticed significant improvements in my strength over the first 12 weeks of using it! Would highly recommend!

+25kg to back squat after running 3 programs

Back squat went from 185kg to 200kg running RTA 1 + maintenance phase. Then ran Becoming a Horse program and went from 200kg to 210kg in the back squay. The strength programs from Sika are the programs that I've gotten the most progress out of in the last 11 years of training. I recommend them to anyone serious about strength training.

Exceptional Programming

I have completed two eightlifting blocks on the app and got a ton of PBS!! Snatch 75-87, Cln/Jrk 95-105, Back squat 130-145, Front squat 115-125 and I am no athlete at 40 years old. Can't recommend enough!!

Same great programs, made more accessible

I've had great results running two rounds of Sika Strength RTA prior to the app's release so it was a no brainer to give it a shot. Having the programming accessible on the phone in app form made it much more convenient to log workouts, make adjustments based on performance, and access my training log while in the gym. You can even run two programs simultaneously if you're so inclined. I ran the 12-week weightlifting program to prep for a local meet and was thrilled that I was able to hit all-time PRs in the snatch, clean and jerk, and total. Highly recommended!
